Confirm the scope
Before the visit, check the film product, included windows, old-film removal, and any optional roof or windshield work. Ask how long the studio expects to need your vehicle.
Prepare the vehicle
Clear personal belongings from the working areas and give the installer access to all agreed windows. Tell the studio about damaged glass, aftermarket equipment, or previous tint.
Plan a mobile work area
For mobile work, discuss shelter, cleanliness, access, and power requirements in advance. Some conditions may make a studio appointment more suitable.
Leave with clear instructions
Ask for the care instructions and warranty document for the film actually installed. Keep those documents with the final invoice.
