Ask what is included
Check whether the quote covers all side windows, quarter windows, rear glass, old-film removal, and optional panes. A package name alone may not tell you enough.
Ask which film is quoted
Get the manufacturer, product line, and proposed shade in writing. Compare the specification for that exact product rather than a broad family name.
Ask about the appointment
Discuss time, vehicle access, mobile-work conditions, and how scheduling changes are handled. Let the studio know about any existing tint or damaged glass.
Ask about aftercare and support
Understand the care instructions, warranty scope, and the process for having an issue checked. Good documentation makes a quote easier to compare and an installation easier to maintain.
